Top Tips
At the end of August, NAILS BY METS were requested to provide a pop-up nail bar at TK Maxx’s Covent Garden, London store as part of Beauty Week. I created 3 different nail art designs for customers to choose from – a neutral, outlined and dotted half moon design, a red and pewter geometric design and a neon nail art design.
It’s really important to keep nail designs simple so they can be painted quickly. This maximises the number of customers that can receive a manicure. The limited number of designs and variety of designs ensured there was still something for everyone and we allowed people to choose different colours. The NAILS BY METS used a variety of different nail polish brands and products, available to purchase from TK Maxx.
Customers had the opportunity to win a £25 gift card by taking a snap of their nails and sharing on social media. It turned into a very busy afternoon as it started to pour down with rain and we had an influx of extra customers!
