EVENT: TOEI ANIMATION 10th Anniversary Party

A few months ago I was contacted by TOEI ANIMATION who wanted to book a pop-up nail bar for their 10th Anniversary Party in London.  The Japanese company is well known for animations such as Dragon Ball Z and Sailor Moon and have European headquarters in Paris. It was actually the French team who booked NAILS BY METS!

I was really excited about this booking as I love Japanese anime! TOEI ANIMATION requested 3 nail art designs based on Sailor Moon Crystal.  These are the designs I created, based on the cartoon – can you see where I drew inspiration from?

Nail art on the evening went down a treat.  We were so happy and surprised to see so many men get involved – I definitely think it was because the majority of male guests were French and more open to nail art!

It was a great party and a pleasure to be part of such a fun event. Unfortunately the NAILS BY METS team were so busy we didn’t manage to take any photos of actual nails but we promise you – they were fab!
